10 Guilty Pleasure PS4 Games (That No One Will Admit They Play)

There are many reasons to see a person playing a kind of embarrassing game, either because they are trying to get easy trophies or because it is their guilty pleasure and they are hoping no one will notice them playing it. These games can be something simple, such as a game that was released as a mobile game, but can also include a game focused around the Vocaloid, Hatsune Miku.

While some players might not consider these games as embarrassing, some players are less than willing to admit that they have played certain games. Despite trying to hide it, someone will find out what your guilty pleasure game is.

10 Hatsune Miku Project DIVA Future Tone

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone is a music and rhythm game that features the iconic Vocaloid and has the player complete songs by pressing buttons at the right time. The game features 220 different songs and different Vocaloids the player can choose from.

While not the worst game, some players might not want their friends to know they play a game related to Hatsune Miku. But despite this, players should keep jamming on and enjoy their gaming session with this game.

9 Fallout 76

Despite the excitement from fans of the Fallout series, Fallout 76 was launched and found itself in a bad spot pretty quickly. Players who check through their libraries on their PS4 are probably reminded of the excitement and quick disappointment they felt when they started playing.

Fear not, though, as Fallout 76 may be set to make a comeback and become the game fans were excited to play. If this happens, you can dust off your copy and tell people you were playing the game since the beginning with pride.

8 Fortnite

Fortnite is a very popular Battle Royale game that is free-to-play on the PS4. While there is nothing wrong with playing the game, Fortnite has some people who hate the game for various reasons.

The game is much like other Battle Royale games, where players must fight and get to the center of a set of circles before they are killed. Fortnite has cartoonish graphics and skins, but it works well for the game.

7 Kitten Squad

Kitten Squad has the player play as a cat as they fight robotic enemies to save orcas at a marine park. A fun little side note is that this game was created by PETA and is free. With the game being as fun as it is, it is not expected that PETA had a part in making the game.

The player is also tasked with rescuing sheep from being sheered and made into clothes. There are a number of weapons the player can use to rescue the animals and battle the robots. Kitten Squad can be played by 4 players, letting friends join in.

6 Catlateral Damage

Catlateral Damage has the player take control of a cat as they try to knock as many things off of tables and shelves. The game is played in first-person, letting players see what their furry friend sees when they go on rampages. The game's store page mentions that there are loads of collectables for the player to find.

Being a cat sounds great already, and being able to be as destructive as one sounds even better. Players who play this game will finally understand why cats have a habit of knocking items to the ground.

5 Starwhal

Starwhal lets four players fight each other as narwhals, needing to stab the other players' hearts. A nice part of buying the game for PS4 is that the player will also own the game on PS3. If you do not have any friends who own the game, you can fight against AI, too.

Players are able to customize their narwhals, too. Players can add costumes and hats to their narwhal. Also included are numerous arenas to fight in and four different game modes.

4 UNO

UNO is the game that ruins friendships, so why not play it on PS4? Players can play against AI, their friends, or with random players through matchmaking. UNO can offer many hours of fun, making friends scream in frustration and anger as they get hit with a draw-4.

If making people angry is your favorite pastime, this game is definitely for you. Playing UNO is also a good way to relax and not have to worry about completing objectives or outliving enemies in one of your usual games.

3 AdVenture Capitalist

AdVenture Capitalist has the player go from a lemonade stand owner to the owner of multiple businesses, gaining riches along the way. As mentioned on the game's store page, the player does not even have to be there as it plays. The game will earn the player money while they are away.

Much like the goal in the game, this game made its way from a free mobile game to a free PS4 game.

2 Frozen Free Fall: Snowball Fight

Frozen Free Fall: Snowball Fight is a free game on the PS4. In the same manner of most matching games, the play must match 4 pieces to attack their enemy and win. This puzzle game is just modeled off of Frozen.

The game does offer multiplayer, letting players fight against their friends to win. If players want to unlock more levels, however, they must pay real money in order to do so.

1 Minecraft: Story Mode

Minecraft: Story Mode is much like other choose your own adventure games, having the player choose what to do and what to say. Players must buy each level to progress through the story, letting players see a story that is told using Minecraft as a backdrop.

Players who do not wish to pay for each episode are in luck, however. People who own Netflix are able to play through the entire story, only having to buy a Netflix account. Using this will also keep this game from showing up in their trophy list, haunting them forever.
