League of Legends patch 9.5 notes – Kayle and Morgana reworks

The latest League of Legends patch is nearly here. League of Legends patch 9.5 was slightly delayed thanks to a pushback for League of Legends patch 9.4, but there are still plenty of balance changes (and a lot of new skins) to check out. The headline change is the joint Kayle and Morgana reworks. The celestial sisters are both in line for some significant changes this patch. Morgana's tweaks will primarily be visual, granting a brand-new appearance, but her ultimate and W are both getting some slight updates to bring her more up to date with the rest of the roster. Kayle, on the other hand, is almost unrecognisable, and she looks like she's gearing up to be an absolute monster. In terms of other balance changes, Vi's overhaul is back for its third round of testing, and new additions Neeko and Sylas are getting some minor tweaks. In terms of cosmetics, the pair are getting several new splash arts to match their new looks. A whole bunch of those will be shared, noting the siblings' ongoing tussle for control. There's also a new Prestige Edition skin for K/DA Ahri, while Brand joins the Arclight skin line. You can check them all out below.
