May 28, 2019 Public tests for The Master Chief Collection are likely to hit PC in June.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is officially coming to PC, but it’s a slow and steady process before we actually reach that point. Tests of Halo Reach - the first piece of the package scheduled to launch - have already been delayed beyond their scheduled April release, but there might be hope that something will be playable soon.

Microsoft Stores are advertising participation in a closed Halo Reach beta for PC as part of an event for the Xbox E3 press conference. After Reddit users took notice, Brian Jarrard, community head at developer 343 Industries, popped in to say “it's highly likely that a representative work-in-progress flight-build slice of Reach PC will be on hand in Microsoft's booth at E3.”

Jarrard also says that the tests “should begin rolling out to Insiders in June,” though given the delays the beta has already suffered, he’s reticent to say too much. Either way, you should expect a new update blog detailing test plans on the official site some time this week - perhaps as soon as tomorrow.
