Spyro Reignited Trilogy is coming to PC

May 28, 2019 The Taiwanese ratings board has outed a PC port for the Spyro remakes.

Like with the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy before it, the Spyro Reignited Trilogy initial launched just for consoles - and like that previous package, it appears the PC release date is coming about one year later. The Taiwanese ratings board has outed the existence of the Spyro remake for PC, complete with box art and news on who’s handling the port.

The box art - as much as it can represent a package when it says “download only: no disc included” on the front - includes a logo for Iron Galaxy. That studio was previously responsible for porting the Crash remakes to PC, so it looks like the developers are assisting on this one, too. Good news, considering how the Crash port turned out.

This ratings board listing (via Nibel on Twitter) doesn’t provide much more detail than that. We don’t have a release date, but it’s a safe bet to expect it around November, as that’ll mark the one-year anniversary of the Reignited Trilogy’s launch. Similarly, Crash hit PS4 on June 30, 2017 and went to Steam on June 29, 2018.
