Village of Legends Card Game and Expansion Up On Kickstarter

Choose your hero. Equip their gear. And go out there and take on the competition. That's usually the story in Village of Legends. But the new campaign that's up on Kickstarter now looks to expand the game and bring in a new cooperative version of the game. So, if you're feeling more buddy-buddy than buddy-beaty, you'll want to check this out.

Like a fireball catching alight and growing in size before the attack, we are here to raise funds to transport you to the lands where the Village of Legends is found.

We welcome back our brave combatants who have survived thus far as well as daring fresh blood. Test your skills against your friends in classic PvP mode or work together to explore this strange new world in co-op mode… at your own peril.

The player or team who defeat all of their opponents win the game. A player is defeated when their Hero runs out of life points.

Although exploring the dark dungeons alone is not recommended, this game is designed in the way that it can be played as a solo game or up to 6 players. In this Kickstarter campaign we would like to unlock the Co-Operative version.

The box will contain new material including new cards, new character boards, more than 150 mini-cards and a 160-chapter-long adventure book . This Adventure book and its narrative transforms your game completely into a tabletop Role Playing Game. Players will be called on to make choices which will lead them down numerous paths, bouncing from chapter to chapter and facing the challenges based both their character type, the choices they have made and, as always, fate could rest on the roll of the dice.

The campaign's about 1/3 of the way to its goal with 26 days to go.
