Now, Twitch Streamer Dr. Lupo has raised an impressive amount on his channel, earning over $2.3 million for St. Jude's Children's Hospital in just 24 hours.
Dr. Lupo spent more than 24 hours collecting donations for the Children's Hospital, all the while reading stories from viewers and donators about how they'd been impacted by cancer. It was an emotional stream, with Dr. Lupo struggling to fight back tears on multiple occasions. Near the end of the 24-hour stream, Dr. Lupo had raised an impressive $1.3 million for the charity organization against a goal of $2 million - an impressive sum.
