Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot - Where to Find New Recipes | Game Rant
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is the latest DBZ video game that allows fans of the popular series to return to its fictional Earth and other planets. As an open-world action RPG, there is much more for players to do than in previous entries. When they aren't battling popular characters from the anime, players can relive the other exciting parts of Goku's daily life including training, exploring, and eating delicious food.
Meals can be made with the required ingredients and have a variety of benefits for Goku like increasing his stats for a certain amount of time or even granting permanent stats with some items. Furthermore, eating consistently will provide an increased amount of EXP from battles which can be combined with other methods to level up fast in DBZ: Kakarot. To maximize results, players will need to eat full-course meals made of multiple dishes that can only be cooked by Chi-Chi or chefs after acquiring the original recipe.
The recipes for different full-course meals can be found at various locations in the Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot world or as sub story completion rewards.
- Ramen Course: Talk to a Foodie standing to the west of the Central Plains Area
- Pasta Course: Talk to a Calm Man standing to the Southwest of the Central Plains Area
- Seafood Course: Complete the Attacked Villager Sub Story
- Ramen & Rice Course: Talk to the Gourmet at Satan City
- Deluxe Meat Course: Complete the Frequently Attacked Villager Sub Story
- Deluxe Seafood Course: Talk to a Fisherman just outside of West City

- Premium Meat Course: Complete the Buu The Bottomless Pit Sub Story
- Premium Seafood Course: Complete the Continually Attacked Villager Sub Story

Note that full-course meals are locked until the first saga and first intermission are completed. Satisfying those requirements will open a story mission from Chi-Chi that rewards the Meat Course recipe and the ability to cook other full-course meals once found.
After finding these recipes and acquiring the necessary ingredients, head to the closest place and chow down. With the massively boosted HP, attack, ki, and stats from the full-course meal, Goku should have no problems matching and beating other villains throughout Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot's story.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
