GTA Online: How to Get $1 Million for Free | Game Rant
Grand Theft Auto Online players have a cash prize waiting for them, starting now. Rockstar Games announced today that it's celebrating Grand Theft Auto Online's anniversary with a special event.
To kick off the event in style, Rockstar will be giving away a cash prize of GTA$1,00,000 just for logging in between now and October 2nd. The cash may take as long as October 9th to be delivered to each player's Maze Bank account, but there's plenty else to keep them busy.
Alongside the anniversary is the release of seven new Survival challenges for Grand Theft Auto Online's Survival Series. There's seven new GTA maps as well as nine classic locations to play through. While the announcement doesn't detail all of the new challenges, it does describe a "Ballas attack on Grove Street" and battling "Avon Hertz's armed goons and heavily armed Juggernauts in the Nuclear Bunker." Players can discover the remaining challenges for themselves.
And since Rockstar doesn't release new content without offering a reward for trying it out, here are the latest Grand Theft Auto Online bonuses. As is appropriate, all Survival modes will be handing out Double Rewards through October 2nd. If that's not enough, Rockstar's also offering 2x GTA$ and RP for all Mobile Operations Missions. Players can also pick up Mobile Operation Centers at 40% off from Warstock Cache & Carry this week.
The bonuses continue. In addition to the free GTA$1,000,000, Rockstar's also giving away a free GTA t-shirt to all players that log into Grand Theft Auto Online this week. It's a white t-shirt with the Declasse logo printed on the front. It may not be much, but it is free. And in Grand Theft Auto Online, free is a rarity that's difficult to pass over.
In a separate event, as if the anniversary and Survival event wasn't enough, Rockstar Games is also partnering with Twitch Prime in Grand Theft Auto Online. Players who had connected their Twitch Prime account with their Rockstar Games Social Club account prior to September 22 can now claim a free Master Penthouse via their iFruit. They can also purchase the Fort Zancudo Hangar 3499 and the Lago Zancudo Bunker for a rebate after purchase.
Players who haven't connected their accounts may be too late to claim the current round of free loot, but should still connect for future loot. Otherwise, players should hurry and log in for the latest rewards.
Grand Theft Auto Online is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
