Persona Perfumes Revealed in Japan | Game Rant
Few franchises have achieved quite as high regard as Atlus' Persona series, so much so that it practically overshadows the Megami Tensei series it spins off from. With the recent release of Persona 5: Royal bringing the role-playing games back to the forefront, Japanese perfume company Primaniacs has announced new scents being released for a handful of Atlus' games.
At the forefront of this release is a scent based on Kasumi Yoshizawa, one of Persona 5 Royal's playable characters. The scent, named "Violet," is a standard 30 ML size for the collection of perfumes that cost 5,417 yen — about $50 in the states.
Alongside Yoshizawa's perfume are three other releases based on the Heroine from Persona 3 Portable, as well as Ryotaro Dojima and Nanako Dojima from Persona 4. Test distributions will begin in Japan in June, while the perfumes themselves will release at all Primaniacs stores in September according to Persona Central.
These four perfumes join other scents previously released for characters like Sae Niijima from Persona 5, and others based on characters from another Atlus title Catherine: Full Body. Persona 5 recently received another bizarre sort of marketing push thanks to a referential advertisement put out by Domino's Pizza.
