Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Fan Creates An Amazing Season 5 Mockup Roadmap
Call of Duty: Warzone is closing out Season 5 in a few weeks, and fans are already looking to the future of what may be coming to the game. Every season update brings new weapons, maps, features, and more, and Warzone and Modern Warfare fans have only until August 5th to finish up their battle passes before Season 5 launches.
There's tons of content that fans want to see in the next update. From leaks to the new Season 5 teaser, there is a lot on the horizon for the game. One fan is so excited that they have created a mockup promo of the upcoming season that looks almost real.
The mockup is styled like previous announcements from Activision and Infinity Ward. At first glance, many fans thought it was a real update until they noticed the creators tag at the bottom of the image. The mockup brings three fan-requested maps to the game: Terminal, Carriage, and Verdansk Tain Station, all of which have all been requested by fans.
The two weapons that the fan-selected are the AN-94 and XRK Intervention. The assault rifle and sniper were considered highly anticipated weapons at the game's launch with fans disappointed when they didn't make the cut.
As for Warzone, the mockup suggests the very possible opening of the Stadium and the long-requested roaming train be added to the game. Both of these have been topics of discussion among the COD community as ways that the developers could improve the title.
There is still not a lot known about what's coming in Season 5. Reddit fans in the comments believe that one of the only things missing is a completely new Warzone map. Recent leaks suggest map changes, but no sign of a new map being a reality, which is why the author left it off the promo image.
Although this is not a real announcement many fans say that they would love if this did become a reality. It is still unknown exactly what will appear in Season 5. As time continues towards the August 5th launch date there will be more teasers, hints, and spoilers to confirm or deny fan expectations.
