Cyberpunk 2077 Soundtrack Tracklist Partially Confirmed
With Cyberpunk 2077 launching on December 10, CD Projekt Red has released the tracklists for the game's soundtrack. While fans have gotten a little taste of what Night City radio will offer with hip hop duo Run the Jewels dropping their single "No Save Point" last week, a more comprehensive look including previously-unmentioned artists and their in-game pseudonyms has come out.
The various artists involved with the Cyberpunk 2077 soundtrack will appear in-game as various characters, lest the Celebrity Paradox be invoked as it has been with Keanu Reeves/Johnny Silverhand. Volume 1 of the soundtrack will arrive on December 11, while Volume 2 will be out on December 18. The tracklists for both are below.
01 Run the Jewels (Yankee and the Brave) - "No Save Point"
02 SOPHIE / Shygirl (Clockwork Venus) - "BM"
03 Le Destroy (The Bait) - "Kill Kill"
04 Yugen Blakrok (Gorgon Madonna) - "Metamorphosis"
05 Konrad Oldmoney (7 Facas) - "Dinero" [ft. Cerbeus]
06 Deadly Hunta/Maro Music (Footage Missing) - "When It’s War"
07 The Armed (Homeschool Dropouts) - "Night City Aliens"
08 Converge (Shattered Void) - "I Won’t Let You Go"
09 Aligns (Rubicones) - "Friday Night Fire Fight"
10 Tomb Mold (Bacillus) - "March 30th"
11 Deafkids (Tainted Overlord) - "Selva Pulsátil"
01 Namakopuri (Us Cracks) - "PonPon Shit"
02 Grimes (Lizzy Wizzy) - "Delicate Weapon"
03 Rat Boy (IBDY) - "Who’s Ready for Tomorrow"
04 HEALTH (Window Weather) - "Major Crimes"
05 Rosa Walton (Hallie Coggins) - "I Really Want to Stay at Your House"
06 Nina Kraviz (Bara Nova) - "Surprise Me, I’m Surprised Today"
07 Raney Shockne (Point Break Candy) - "Hole in the Sun" [ft. COS and Conway]
08 Gazelle Twin (Trash Generation) - "History"
09 Poloz (Tinnitus) - "On My Way to Hell"
From what can be seen, it should be inferred that this will not be the full soundtrack and that more volumes could be coming soon. Various artists and tracks already associated with Cyberpunk 2077 are not on these tracklists. Rapper A$AP Rocky — who is not seen on these tracklists — previously confirmed his involvement in the game while "4ÆM" by Grimes is also missing, despite being performed at The Game Awards last year. Swedish punk band Refused is another notable exclusion from the tracklist, despite playing the important role of Johnny Silverhand's band Samurai.
Though the soundtrack is expected to be banger after banger, there are concerns from the streaming community regarding if they can stream Cyberpunk 2077 with its licensed soundtrack. CD Projekt Red has assured streamers that the game's music should be safe from DMCAs.
In the lead up to December 10, it appears that CD Projekt Red is leaning heavily towards the celebrity connections of Cyberpunk 2077 in its marketing. A new episode of Night City Wire will focus entirely on Keanu Reeves and his character of Johnny Silverhand, premiering on November 19 at 6 pm CET. This broadcast will also feature the soundtrack, with some of these songs to be debuted.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches on December 10 for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
