Call of Duty: Warzone Zombies Continue Their Invasion Into BCH4 TV Station
The zombie incidents are continuing to appear across Call of Duty: Warzone, with a new location breached in almost every patch. The recent update has expanded the zombie incident, and there seems to be a continued pattern as the undead are traveling to an unknown locale. Call of Duty: Warzone fans have had mixed reviews regarding the zombie event, but the developers seem to be going forward with their original plan.
So far, the zombies have spread from the initial crash site on the Call of Duty: Warzone shore to the prison, bank, hospital, and now a further location. This is the furthest the zombies have made it from the shore, but the developers seem to be moving them rapidly forward along an unknown path.
The newest report from Activision confirms that the contagion has spread to the BCH4 TV Station. This Call of Duty: Warzone infection within the TV station reports variants among the zombie infected with some of the undead spewing noxious fumes or electro discharges. The newest variant has resistance to bullets, and players should be warned of more unknowns within the report. The contamination level has reached 33% with this update, and now stage one containment protocols are active for anyone within the region to activate if needed. This expansion into the ever-evolving story has given fans some extra patience as it's a major turn from the slow spread they were seeing several days prior.
Despite the momentum, many fans consider the entire event underwhelming. When the undead were released into Call of Duty: Warzone, fans expected a much more dramatic result. Zombie hordes chasing players, undead hidden in the gas, and zombies across the map were all expected rather than the random isolated incidents that many players are seeing.
It is unclear exactly where this is all going, but many fans believe that Call of Duty: Warzone will be nuked. This could end the undead threat, but it would mean an immediate change to most of the in-game map. While many fans are opposed to losing Verdansk, other players think a change in scenery would be good for the game.
The Call of Duty: Warzone zombie invasion is expected to continue slowly until the end of the season. Fans are ignoring the locations with many players considering it too dangerous to encounter for mediocre drops. Call of Duty: Warzone may receive a new map at the end of the season, but what that map will hold is currently unknown.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
