The Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 Reloaded update adds in the '80s action hero content. Among the new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War content are medals for players to earn throughout the event.
Apart from the event page and new operators, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's medals offer a selection of challenges for players to complete. Among these challenges are new options for players wanting to earn an '80s themed combat medal. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fans have found that there are two ways to unlock this reward.
Players who look in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Barracks will not find a medal labeled "Become War." Instead, fans can find a medal titled "Fully Loaded," which has the graphic that matches the '80s Action Hero aesthetic. Fans are not sure whether or not this is a typo or simply a variation of the core medal. Do note that completing its mission does count as a "Become War" medal for assault rifles as far as completing the event tracker's task for the '80s theme content. To complete this medal, players will need an assault rifle and some time to rotate through a few matches.
- Multiplayer: Killed 2 or more enemies rapidly with an automatic weapon without reloading.
- Zombies: Killed 10 or more enemies rapidly with an automatic weapon without reloading.
While the challenge can be accomplished in both modes, many fans have found it easier to complete this in Zombies. By conserving ammo, carefully aiming, and moving quickly, players in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies can score the headshots needed to complete this task. This is especially easy in the early stages, where the undead are weaker.
