Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Map is Seemingly Based on Original CoD

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's beta has revealed that one of the game's maps may be heavily inspired by the first Call of Duty game, much to players' surprise. Namely, the developer of Modern Warfare 2, Infinity Ward, is also responsible for the production of the first COD, and it seems that the studio is interested in giving veteran players a bit of a deja vu when they jump into the fray.
