Crash and Spyro Games on Sale for Nintendo Switch | Game Rant

The holiday season is here, which means that retailers and online stores will be offering massive price cuts on several games, consoles, and accessories. While the Nintendo Switch itself did not receive any price reductions this year, several of its games are currently discounted right now.

The Nintendo eShop is offering a wide variety of Switch games that are cheaper than usual. One of the discounted games offered this season is Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, which is available for $19.99 from $39.99. The game includes the remakes of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, which were the original games developed by Naughty Dog for the original PlayStation back in the 90’s.

Another Crash Bandicoot game that is currently available for cheap at the eShop is Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled. The game is available for $25.99 from $39.99 and is a remake of the 1999 game Crash Team Racing. Apart from remaking the entire game from scratch, Nitro Fueled also added several new tracks, characters, and the ability to customize karts, which wasn’t included in the original game.

Lastly, players interested in playing the remake of the Spyro trilogy on-the-go would be happy to know that the Nintendo eShop is also offering Spyro Reignited Trilogy at a discount. The game is currently available for $31.99 from its original price of $39.99. The game includes the new versions of Spyro The Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon.

Meanwhile, Switch players who are looking for a mature games to play on the go should look at the eShop’s sale for the Resident Evil franchise. For a limited time, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil, Resident Evil 4, 5, 6, and Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2 are all available for a cheaper price at the Nintendo eShop.

On the other hand, players looking for video game deals on other consoles can also look into GameStop’s Game Days Sale that is currently available right now. The retailer’s massive sale offers price cuts on 2019’s biggest games such as Death Stranding, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Borderlands 3, The Outer Worlds, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and many more. Players who are interested in picking up one or two of these awesome titles should take action now, given that GameStop’s Game Days Sale ends tomorrow, December 25.
