Mortal Kombat 11’s Krypt holds a game-breaking bug

There’s more than devious puzzles lurking in Mortal Kombat 11’s Krypt. A Reddit user has found a game-breaking bug in the guresom fighting game’s gory labyrinth.

The bug involves the item Kenshi’s Blindfold that helps the player find hidden items within the Krypt. To use the blindfold you need to spend Soul Fragments but, as some players have found out, if you use the item past how many souls you have then the counter goes past zero and into negatives. If this happens you’re stopped from earning any performance rewards in the Towers of Time, breaking the game.

NetherRealm have yet to release an update or patch for this bug but some savvy fans have found a way around this issue. To avoid the bug when playing the Krypt, YouTuber Ps4Kid has put together a Mortal Kombat 11 Towers of Time tutorial video showing how to avoid the glitch if you want to keep collecting Koins.

Mortal Kombat 11 has had a number of issues. Only a day after Mortal Kombat 11’s release NetherRealm said that it would change the rewards system following player feedback and are releasing another patch that gives players free currency to “help you along the way” for clearing the gruelling Towers of Time.
