Digimon English Dubs Now Streaming on Hulu | Game Rant
Hulu is streaming the first four seasons of the Digimon Digital Monsters anime right now. However, Hulu will only be streaming the English dub of the show, so those looking for the original Japanese will have to check out other platforms like Crunchyroll.
Hulu had streamed these same four Digimon seasons before, but had to stop back in June of 2019 due to the license expiring. Nearly a year later, though, the streaming platform seems to have gotten the issue resolved, as Toei Animation just announced that these Digimon stories returned to Hulu yesterday.
The first four seasons of the show include Digimon Adventure, Digimon Adventure 02, Digimon Tamers, and Digimon Frontier. Each one revolves around a different set of characters and tells its own unique story.
Digimon Adventure — the original season —now has a reboot. It originally had a premiere date in April of this year, but unfortunately, it ended up in indefinite hiatus.
The reboot will retell the same story as the original Digimon Adventure; only, instead of being set in 1999, the show will now take place in 2020. Luckily, fans can now take a look at the original Digimon Adventure and its successive seasons while waiting for the reboot to return.
