How to Get Pokemon GO Summer of Galaxy Clothing | Game Rant
Players in Pokemon GO can get new clothing items for free through Samsung's Summer of Galaxy offerings from July 13 - July 19th. The steps to get these clothing items are quick to complete with players only needing an account with Samsung and Pokemon GO to complete.
The clothing items offered by Samsung include a tie-dye patterned hat and a tee-shirt that can be worn by all trainers in Pokemon GO. It is unknown if these items will ever be available again after the 19th, so players should get them while they can.
Players who don't want to register their real email with Samsung can use throwaway email websites to sign up and get these items.
The first step to getting these items is to go to Samsung's official website and create an account with them. Players need to enter a valid email address, a name, a birth date, and a ZIP code from the USA. This won't be verified if players are just creating an account to get their items, so they can just enter any ZIP code from the USA.
After signing up, players will need to verify their account via an email received from Samsung. This is like creating accounts with any other kind of website.
Once players have a valid account with Samsung, they will need to head to their Summer of Galaxy page. From there, players will need to scroll down to the Pokemon GO Galaxy Avatar outfit section and click the View Details link.
From there, players will need to enter the email they used to sign up with Samsung. They will then receive a code in an email. Players need to copy the code, then click the Redeem Now button in the email.
Players will then be taken to a Niantic code redemption page. On this page, players will need to sign in using the email they used to sign up for Pokemon GO, not the email they used to sign up with Samsung, in case the emails are different. After signing in, players just need to paste their redemption code into the offer code text box and submit it. Then players will get their exclusive items.
Pokemon GO is available now on the App Store and Google Play.
