Call of Duty: Warzone Fan Is Making Vintage Postcards Inspired By Verdansk

Call of Duty: Warzone fans occasionally put their creative skills to the test and bring a part of the game world into the real world. While some players choose to cosplay an operator, others choose to make something that they can give to others. No matter the case, Call of Duty: Warzone fans love seeing pieces of the game brought to reality.

In the past, players have created fake promos, Call of Duty: Warzone-themed hot sauce, and tons of Ghost cosplays. While each of these creations is interesting, most of them are made in homage to the game with very little practical use. This Call of Duty: Warzone creation is a tad different, as the player has decided to sell his creation.

Reddit user kl1ntor posted an image of their home-made vintage Call of Duty: Warzone postcards advertising Verdansk. The stylized card is created using in-game screenshots and clever use of photo-editing software. Each of the letters is filled with a notable location from the map, while the backdrop is a beautiful view of the frozen lake somewhere near the Dam. He calls Verdansk the "Home of Rage," which is most likely a reference to the practice of "rage quitting" that frequently happens in competitive atmospheres.

Players in the comments are big fans of this, with many wondering if they could purchase the postcard. While the creator initially did not intend on selling it, after several requests, he submitted it to an online market and created a shop. The Call of Duty: Warzone Verdansk postcard is only one of many he has been working on, and with the launch of his new store, he plans on selling them relatively cheaply.

In addition to Call of Duty: Warzone Verdansk, kl1ntor is also a fan of Apex Legends. He plans on creating several postcards from around the varying world locations and may be open to requests in the future. Fans were so impressed with his creation that some even offered to handle his printing and shipping in exchange for owning a piece of his art.

It is the holiday season, and this postcard could easily make for an interesting stocking stuffer for Call of Duty: Warzone fans. Players often love the idea of looking back on the popular map and thinking about how much time they have spent exploring the houses with their squad. While this originally was a passive project, it has quickly gained enough popularity to help fuel a small business.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
