Genshin Impact: Carrot Locations | Game Rant
Genshin Impact's recipe system requires players collect and buy a large number of ingredients to create dishes. These are used to heal, strengthen, and restore. One of the most commonly used ingredients in Genshin Impact cooking recipes is the carrot.
Similar to apples in Genshin Impact, there are several recipes that require players to have at least two carrots around. All those carrot-consuming recipes can add up pretty quickly, forcing players to actively seek out some of the orange vegetables.
Some recipes that require carrots include:
- All-Delicacy Parcels needs two carrots
- Crystal Shrimp needs two carrots
- Goulash needs two carrots
- Prosperous Peace needs two carrots
- Sticky Honey Roast needs two carrots
- Universal Peace needs two carrots
- A Buoyant Breeze needs four carrots
- Barbatos Ratatouille needs four carrots
Some of the recipes on this list are important in the land of Teyvat; players should prioritize cooking these recipes in Genshin Impact, and that will require a lot of carrots.
Unfortunately, there are no merchants that sell carrots. Considering how many players need for some of these dishes, that is bad news for players who have farmed loads of Mora but have no carrots in their inventories.
Thankfully, carrots are ubiquitous in the grassy, more temperate zones of Genshin Impact, and players can find them easily if they know where to start looking.
Carrots can be found growing in the ground, and also in crates and treasure troves located all over Teyvat. There are some places that players can check for carrots regularly as they will most likely respawn fairly quickly. Stormterror's Lair is a great place to hunt down some carrots.
Springvale is great place to find fruits and vegetables of all kinds. Players can find radishes, apples, carrots, sweet flowers, cala lilies, and more in this location. So if players are low on cooking supplies, they should take a tour of the area and pick up anything around that glitters.
The Dawn Winery is yet another great location for a variety of fruits and veggies for players to grab out of the ground. The winery and the houses around it all have gardens filled with apples, carrots, and more. Players should pick up all the vegetation in the area just to refill their stock.
Just west of Mondstadt, Wolvendom has about 12 carrots all in one pretty small location. If players are looking to collect the up quickly, this is a great place to look. The enemies here are pretty low-level too, so players don't have to worry about being ambushed.
Genshin Impact is available now for Mobile, PC, PS4, and is coming soon to the Nintendo Switch.
