Genshin Impact: Sunsettia Locations | Game Rant
Genshin Impact players that love to cook their own in-game meals should always be on the lookout for ingredients. When cooked, these ingredients can be combined to make powerful potions, healing items, and more when players have the Genshin Impact recipes. One ingredient that players will need to collect is a tree-growing fruit called Sunsettia.
Sunsettia fruits are the main ingredient in Jam, which is used for a variety of recipes including Mondstadt Hash Browns and Puppy-Paw Hash Browns, which are made from combinations of the Sunsettia Jam, potatoes, and pinecones. Both of these recipes can heal a large amount of health and are certainly worth cooking up, unlike the healing properties of Genshin Impact's Holy Water. Sunsettias are also useful on their own; they heal a quick 300 HP without any cooking needed, which is good for low-level players just starting their Teyvat journey.
Similar to many of the other common fruits and vegetables in Genshin Impact such as apples, Sunsettia seems to be everywhere and plentiful until a player needs some for a recipe.
These cashew-fruit-looking orange and red Sunsettias can be found growing in trees and on the ground nearby these trees. If a fruit is too high up to reach, players can hit them with weapons to bring them out of the tree. Players may have to look up and around trees when searching for this elusive fruit, but there are some great locations in and around Dadaupa Gorge, which hopefully won't change with the new Genshin Impact Update 1.3 coming next month.
Genshin Impact players who regularly farm this location should get about ten-to-12 fruits with each pass. Since fruits and vegetables like Sunsettia respawn every 24 hours, players can do this every day for a week and get plenty of hash browns in their inventory to keep their party healthy and healed.
In order to make Sunsettia Jam for some delicious healing Hash Browns, players will have to process it at a Genshin Impact cooking station. Combine three Sunsettia, two berries, and one sugar, and each jam refinement takes ten minutes. Once it's all done, players can use the jam like any other ingredient in the game at a cooking fire. Luckily for players who don't want to bother with this fruit farming, they can purchase finished jam from the Good Hunter in Mondstadt. I will cost 1,475 Mora, and the Good Hunter has 10 in stock with each reset.
Genshin Impact is available for Mobile, PC, PS4 and will soon be available for the Switch.
