Fortnite: All Alien Artifact Locations (Week 5) | Game Rant
Alien Artifacts are special collectibles in Fortnite Season 7 that players can use to customize the Kymera skin in a variety of ways. This makes Alien Artifacts quite desirable, and indeed a new batch of them is set to be added to the game for the fifth week of the season. More specifically, it seems that a total of five new Alien Artifacts will appear on Fortnite's map later in the week, and this guide is here to detail all of their locations.
Before diving into where players should look for the Week 5 Alien Artifacts, it may be worth taking a moment to clarify exactly when they will become available. Quite simply, Fortnite fans should expect this set of Alien Artifacts to be released alongside the Season 7 Week 5 Epic Quests. It is is anticipated that those challenges will go live on Thursday, July 8, and players should confirm that this has occurred before they spend time visiting the locations shown below.
- 1. Alien Artifact 1 (Believer Beach): There is a blue house with alien graffiti on it at the southeast corner of Believer Beach. This week's first Alien Artifact is in the attic of this structure.
- 2. Alien Artifact 2 (Pleasant Park): Fortnite players that are looking for this Alien Artifact should turn their attention to the gazebo at the center of Pleasant Park. It is hovering underneath it.
- 3. Alien Artifact 3 (Craggy Cliffs): Fans can find the the third Alien Artifact on a cliff overlooking the water just northeast of Craggy Cliffs.
- 4. Alien Artifact 4 (Misty Meadows): In order to obtain this Alien Artifact, players will need to scale the tall tower on the westside of Misty Meadows. It is situated at the highest point within this structure.
- 5. Alien Artifact 5 (Retail Row): The final Alien Artifact for this week can be found in Retail Row, near the swings, basketball court, and bus stop at the southeast corner.
With these additions, there are now a total of 24 Alien Artifacts scattered across the map. These are not the only Alien Artifacts that players can currently obtain, though, as they can also be collected from Cosmic Chests in Fortnite. These special caches can be found in Duos, Trios, and Squads matches, and teamwork is required to open them. While this may not be the easiest way to get Alien Artifacts, it is an option for players that want to unlock Kymera styles as quickly as possible to consider.
Fortnite is out now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
