FIFA 21 Pre-Season Content Allows Players To Claim Unique Rewards in FIFA 22
EA is giving players an opportunity to earn unique rewards in FIFA 22 by playing Ultimate Team in FIFA 21. The rewards are solely designed for the Ultimate Team game mode, and provides some early-game bonuses that can help players get a small edge, should they choose to participate in this promo.
FIFA 22 is shaping up to be the most exciting FIFA in years thanks to its new HyperMotion technology. Since Ultimate Team in FIFA 21 has reached the end of its life-cycle, it is a good idea to let players complete some easy challenges, and get rewarded in both FUT 21 and FUT 22. The new content is labelled as FUT Pre-Season, and fans can take part in various objectives and Squad Building Challenges in order to receive the rewards. A similar promotion also took place year, which allowed players to earn items in FIFA 21 through FIFA 20.
According to the post on EA’s official website, the unique rewards that can be earned in FIFA 22 consist of Packs, Consumables, Player Loan Items, and other cosmetics. Players can go the Objectives and SBC sections of FUT 21 and find more information on what is required of them. Some of the objectives task the audience with completing 4 matches in Live FUT Friendly: Bring your best and scoring using 3 players with a minimum overall of 92. As of now, EA has only released information regarding the content that will be available for week 1 of Pre-Season, with more rewards promised for week 2.
FUT Pre-Season content is a good way for EA to keep the audience engaged while everyone waits for the release of FIFA 22. Even though the rewards may not seem that substantial, the objectives don’t require a lot of time or effort, and anyone purchasing FIFA 22 on launch should consider completing them. For those that are interested in purchasing the game on PS4 or Xbox One, EA had previously announced that the next-generation upgrade will only to be available with the Ultimate Editions for both FIFA 22 and Madden 22.
The post on EA’s website also states that all rewards earned during Pre-Season will be granted by October 12, just shy of a couple of weeks after the game’s launch. All of the above rewards should ideally be available on release day, as players may not find them as useful a couple of weeks later. In addition to these enticing Ultimate Team offerings, FIFA 22 also adds noteworthy features to Career mode.
FIFA 22 launches on October 1 for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
