Untitled Goose Game Physical Release Could Be On the Way
Untitled Goose Game, the popular puzzle-stealth-sandbox game that allows users to play as a goose, has received some big news. The game was in closed beta for a while, and its popularity only grew until its official release date in September 2019. Since its release, House House's game has received the Game of the Year Award from Game Developers Conference 2020 and sold over 1 million units by December of the same year.
Due to the ever-increasing popularity of the game, Untitled Goose Game's developers have decided to give players a new way to play. According to a recent listing on Amazon Germany, a physical copy of the goose's adventures could be releasing for Nintendo Switch around September 22, and pre-orders are running for 35,99€. The new physical copy will reportedly be published by Skybound Games, the studio responsible for The Walking Dead: The Final Season.
Because of the game's slightly smaller size, the physical copy will undoubtedly sell for less than other AAA titles, but it is definitely worth the money. While the majority of the world is still struggling to understand and overcome the coronavirus pandemic, thousands of gamers are looking for a way to escape the real world, and Untitled Goose Game is the perfect fit for quarantine.
Whether playing alone or showing off these pranks to friends, House House's annoying goose simulator is a game that is fun for all ages.
Untitled Goose Game is now available for Nintendo Switch, Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
